Mary Whittemore Wiki – Mary Whittemore Biography
Tony “TJ” Wiggins, 26, his girlfriend, Mary Whittemore, 27, and his brother William “Robert” Wiggins, 21, were arrested Wednesday in connection with a Friday triple murder at a remote lake in Frostproof, Florida, according to Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd.
Authorities say young Wiggins’ brother admitted that he killed 27-year-old Keven Springfield and 30-year-old Damion Tillman, accusing 23-year-old Brandon Rollins of “stealing his truck”.
“[Tony] is a bandit, he’s a criminal. Pure evil in meat. “It’s brutal and out of control,” Judd said about old Wiggins, “there were 230 charges in the date of his arrest” and he was sentenced twice. “Our goal and we pray that our state lawyer can seek death penalty. [Tony] needs fair trial… and then he is executed. How can we not legally practice these three guys trying to fish her on Friday night? ”
Wiggins was charged with first degree murder, tampered with evidence, possessed a firearm by a criminal, and possessed ammunition by a criminal. Robert Wiggins and Mary Whittemore are charged with three counting accessories to falsify murder and evidence.
“I’ve been through many murder scenes all my life, and this is one of the worst things I’ve been to,” Judd said.
Authorities said the incident stopped Friday night by a Dollar General Store of Tillman, and began with his relatives without meeting his friends to go fishing at night. The Dollar General store clerk told the detectives that three suspects were in the store at the same time and were seen in CCTV images.
In a press release, the officials said, “The clerk told the detectives that the suspects told him Damion was going fishing and that Keven would be with him.
In a police interview after being arrested, William Wiggins agreed to see Tillman from the market with his brother Tony. She said that when they left the store, her brother had directed her to “open a certain path instead of going home”. He said two trucks with three victims crossed them – asking Tony to ask William to “make the U-turn and follow the trucks.”
Little Wiggins said she was following three of her best friends on Lake Streety Road before her brother got out of the car and met Springfield and started punching because he “stole his truck”. Judd said on Wednesday that investigators have not yet confirmed whether the theft charge is correct.
As young Wiggins got off their trucks to help Rollins and Tillman’s friends, Tony continued to yell at the three. During the deal, “TJ asked all three victims” before asking his brother “to help Damion put it behind one of the trucks”.
“After brutal murders, three suspects went to McDonald’s because they ordered 10 pairs of cheeseburgers and two McChicken sandwiches,” he said. Said. “They went home for food.”
Rollins managed to call his father to ask for help. When her father came to the distant lake after about 10 minutes, her son barely survived, and the couple was able to make a short final speech. When the first response teams arrived, all three died.
“I was looking for my son when I got there. It was scattered. I found my son. I was holding him. He was telling me what’s going on, but I was so shocked to know what’s going on, ”his father Cyril Rollins told WFLA-TV.
The next morning, 21-year-old Wiggins told the authorities that he had taken his truck away from the remote road to a car wash system on Lake Wales and removed the clay to remove the evidence.
Authorities said during the crime scene investigation that detectives found a Dollar General case that allowed them to return to find out that the crime killers and Tillman and the accused killers were in the store. On Monday, the detectives ordered search over a land on Sarver Boulevard, where three suspects lived in a caravan that did not have running water or electricity.
In the facility, the researchers found “ammunition for two SKS rifles, two Mossberg shotguns and a weapon case of TJ Wiggins for both. They also found ammunition matching the shell casings in the lake in Frostproof. The detectives said all three suspects “contradicted” and had inconsistent stories during interviews with the police.
“Whittemore agreed to buy ammunition and be with the brothers on the night of the murder. He did not annotate. The officials said, noting that she and her boyfriend are no longer cooperating with detectives. “The Wiggins brothers’ statements were inconsistent.”
Judd added on Wednesday that Tony Wiggins was out of contact because he broke a man’s arm with a crowbar during the murders and expected to be tried on separate charges of crime. He said additional charges could be made against the trio.
